Course mileage and checkpoints should be studied by paddlers and supporters. Checkpoint times are uploaded to the DW website during the event.

The following documents are separate rules specific to the three categories we are entering into.
There is compulsory equipment which must be worn by all competitors. It is a good idea to practice wearing the kit in either a training session or Waterside C/D prior to the main race.
This document is very important and should be studied by all paddlers as the lay-out of locks can be very different.
This document must be read over and over again by a paddlers support crews. Breaking these rules could result in a time penalty.
All supporters should have a printed copy of the driving instructions. They can also be used for the Waterside Series and Thameside Series.
The penalties document must be observed by everyone.
